Confidentiality & Proprietary Information Policy

It is the policy of Beta Analytic Inc. not to release information to any inquiring party other than the submitter, their representatives, and the entities paying for their analyses (if different than the submitter), except when required to do so by Federal or State demand. If multiple parties are to have access to results, the submitter must provide the names of the individuals authorized to receive the results.

Beta Analytic considers all results to be the property of the submitting entities.

Beta Analytic is not a department within a larger organization nor does it share space with persons other than those directly involved in the analysis of materials. All persons with access to the laboratory and data are there specifically for the purpose of analyzing samples. There is no traffic from persons other than the laboratory staff.

Beta Analytic is not housed within a university department where transient students are commonly employed and have access to the laboratory for learning purposes. It is housed within its own building with secure access only to the professional employees that work there. No students or interns are used in the analysis of your materials. Asigned non-disclosure agreement is on file for each of these staff members.

Staff members have no vested interest in the results of Beta clients and in many cases are performing their duties without knowledge of origin of the material or application of the data (factors which are not pertinent to their duties).

You are welcome to send materials listed as A, B, C or 1, 2, 3 to best ensure complete anonimity in results.
